Our alpine-Mediterranean breakfast buffet is served daily from 7:30 to 11:00 am. You can choose between our restaurant and the sun terrace with panoramic views.
Our gourmet buffet offers bakery-fresh bread, regional cured meats and cheese specialities, homemade spreads, freshly prepared egg dishes and much more. The aroma of coffee and the morning panoramic view over Merano are part of it too.
Yes — at lunchtime from 12:00 to 2:00 pm you can order various dishes from our à la carte menu (at extra cost). From 2:30 pm a fine cake buffet awaits you, included in your board.
Dinner is served daily from 6:30 pm. A specially set, reserved table awaits you at our open-air restaurant with outdoor kitchen.
Enjoy our delicious 5-course menu with varied side dishes. Be enchanted by our culinary events and walk-in climate-controlled wine cellar.
Yes! We are surrounded by our own vineyards and orchards covering 20,000 m². From grape growing to cellaring, everything happens on-site. Our wines: Nostrum Collis (Pinot Blanc, Schiava, Rosé), Aurum Collis (Golden Muscatel) and La Emma Pinot Blanc (aged 15 months in oak).
Alongside our wines we also produce Grappa Collis, Nostrum Collis apple juice from our own orchards, honey, jams, and offer olive oil from Lake Garda.
