Check-in is possible from 2:00 pm. If you arrive after 7:00 pm, please give us a brief call. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am at the latest.
You can pay your hotel bill in cash or with common credit cards. American Express and Diners Club are not accepted.
Up to 30 days before arrival a reservation can be cancelled free of charge; the deposit will be credited as a voucher for a later stay. Within 30 days of arrival, 30% of the total stay is charged, within 7 days 90%. In case of early departure, the entire stay is charged.
The prices shown are per person per day including half board. An additional tourist tax of €3.40 per day and person from age 14 applies. Prices may vary depending on demand and occupancy, so early bookers get the best rates.
Yes, small and medium-sized dogs are welcome. The surcharge is €30 per night, food not included. Dogs are not permitted in certain room categories, in the restaurant, in the garden and in the wellness area. Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the hotel; during meals the dog should remain in the room, but is welcome to join you at the bar.
